mmmm i go through about the same of 10,000 texts a month on average..... (usually 9,500+) and i dont experience the lag, i did in older builds of wm 6.5 but never on any version of the NFSFAN. the problem right there is what drove me away from many other roms sicne they had that troubles and with the little time spans i have to respond to messages at work that can be killer. you did take the battery out and hard reset your device after the flash didnt you? that clears all information and resets everythig fully so you dont have old stuff floating around in the folders and registry. if you did that i would try a reflash and see if it might just have been a bad flash. or if you wanna be sure you get everything go back to stock rom (thread stickied in cooked roms area) and relock than unlock again and reflash this rom and see if that fixes the problem. (trust me doesnt take as long as it sounds.) and to delete words just go to input under settings..... dont use t9 myself sicne it pisses me off all the time and jsut use the regular texting with no recommendations or dictionaries...
