man this is a common thing that occurs with large and small company's and i read quiet a few of topic about copyrights and patent...just imagine the article i posted about that kid and the iphone "jailbreak"
Everyone wants to make a buck.. i rea dthe patent for this topic i think tesera may have a valid case...but why wait so long to sue ??????????????
