i already told him the same thing and he still dont get it.... there no other way to explain, you intall the cabs and soft reset.... dont know what can be easier than that... it even tells you the order to install them in and when to soft reset..... if he cant get it theres nothing we can do since there is truely mno otehr way to explain it.
I don't get it because the files you say we should install are nowhere to be found in the zipfiles, maybe rename the cabs in the instructions to the actual files in the zip?
