This is exactly the same issue I had that made me upgrade to my new Pre. It first was intermitally, then it flat out died... What's weird is that I tested yesterday opening a new word document and typing calmly and guess what? It started working again... Weird. Guess it did not like me pounding the keys in fustration hahaha. Anyway, don't know what's wrong and how long the working keyboard will last but hey, it works again lol
