mmmm not sure why it would work that mucgh better on one and not the other.... were you sure that on his after install that you took the battery out and hard reset the device? if that doesnt work or you are sure that you did that i would def as you mentioned try a hard reset sicne i cant think of why that would be happening..... have you also made sure that his internet and data are working? does he have any different apps than you commonly use installed on his device?
yupp did everything above...im thinking it might be something on Sprints side..cause his GPS works fine, so does his IE and Opera...only having trouble with sprint tv and updating PRL and Profile...im gonna give it another try..if problem persists i'll just give sprint a call :) thanks for the help hunn :)
