are you trying to extract the whole rom stuff from your phone? that will take forever and you have to flash from your computer iunless you want to format your whole internal drive while you are at it also...... if you get winrar on your computer just double click on the rar folder and than choose romupdateutility.exe and run that and follow the steps as long as you are unlocked already... ofr more in depth information and a tutorial on flashing check out my signature below and click on the link next to learn how to flash here.
