ok, i've been trying to install this rom with no success at all. i'm sure i'm just missing a step is all. so heres what i'm doing... i sync my touch pro, then start the ROM update utility.exe, (the app finds my phone and everything) then after i click next on the 3 or so screens it looks like the install is going through. it shows the progress bar at 0% (on pc and touch). it stays like that for about 8 to 10 mins then a message comes up saying "the ROM utility has encountered communication errors during the update process." then it tells me how to restart mt touch. i've tried this on both vista and xp. any help would be much appreciated. :)
