I had arcsoft on nfsfan's rom and it still would not let me send or recieve pic mail. lol..thanks bro.but i too have NSFAN rom and i have arc installed but i do not have that issue now.I did on the old version.Try and uninstall it and reinstall to see if it works...Do you have by any chance the sprint picture mail install?
