uninstalled the jd sprint arcsoft, did the soft reset, downloaded the cab u just gave me and soft reset again sent a photo..... same delivery failed notification. WTF you all have no problems but i do. This sucks I am not going to give up though very persistant i am. Thanks wcked, Once again I do appreciate your help. these cabs do work and i can understand your frustration... Worse case scenario you can hard reset and try again..
