I don't really know what format its in. You just trim the song, the software gives u options to save to ring tone folder, set as default RT ... So I save to folder and then select as a ring tone, but no sounds!!!
do you have the option to choose the ringtone period? if not it has to be on the root of your storage card or in the My Ringtones folder under my documents..... if still doent play and you have in one of the two spots than i would try to remake since sounds corrupted.
