Found these cab over at XDA for easier download

You have 2 .cabs-one for all images (with batt.blackhdnude clock.blackhdnude and sys.blackhdnude as Directories )

and the second cab with the .plg - which set JMLToday (5.3+) auomatically to these Directories.

Now you can more .plg's for your images.
