if you used a user customization files or sashimi your good.
if you ran any type backup file that copied the registry from your old rom, your in for a world of headaches and trouble.
1. in short, since you flashed a new rom, run a clear storage.
2. you need to run each app cab file individually just as you would for a new install, unless you are running an auto installer like sashimi.
