in camera mode go to the settings (that little crank wheel) and hit flashlight.
actually there is no flash for cam in this app... i think he included the camera app from diamond instead of pro... so the flash options in setting is missing... if you really need it bigmix, you may have downlaod another camera app and reinstall it... or wait for an update in the rom...
