quick question I'm stuck at the part where i I have to run cmd ... I have vista and I located the run command and I typed the cmd .... but as instructed in the tutorial I can't continue any advise?

OK so Im trying to do this and I got it to the point where I have to type the command and the directory, I have modified all the bitmaps, added the gorc.exe into the same older in addition to the .rc file ..... now when I try to locate the .rc file is saying that it cant open source file ..... an suggestions?
