there is ONE and only ONE physical bank......in Texas.
they already accept scans of the checks
you have to have a valid credit card on file with the bank.
they ping your credit card for the amount of the check until the check clears.
Oh, and it's my bank too.
hahah word! thats pretty cool and a good philosophy.... i wonder how secure it really is though.
