Can someone tell me what this means? i do have a sprint Touch pro , But its on Metro. do i need to insatll a carrier Cab? And what does Pull battery out mean?

you have to be on sprint service and take the battery out means take it out of the phone....... you have to do this and a hard reset after every flash.
