I found this today and thought I'd share, Don't know if it's been posted already.

Last week we reported that Dell was set to release an Android-based phone in China, and today BoyGeniusReport has the specs and an early, blurry pic.

The phone is "launch ready" and could launch as soon as next Monday.

The specs:
