io hasve to agree but by the time that he is able to play (besdies the 2 final preseason games) he should be good since he can work out and practice with the eagles..... and on the throwing he had 70s/50s so more tds thrown than interceptions..... and 10% sounds a little hight to tell the truth, i would say its def middle single digits but nothing close to that high in my opinion. and westbrook? he is a great player but the past 2 years he cant stay on the field and hes not arunning back, he may be able to help with getting westbrook off the field or at least store some of the energy for him by taking the defenses mind off of him all the time.... i think that they at first are going to use this as a distraction to the opposing teams defense and such than work him into the team and the roster as the tail end of the season for the playoff push where he could be very vaaluable.
he actually has the same amount of fumbles as p. manning, b. greise and j. delhomme. except they've played 100, 20 and 10 more games respectively. but overall i agree with you. he's definately worth the chance for that money especially.
