well this name starts immediately for all phones and devices that have at least wm 6.0 installed if thats what you mean....
Then it's stranged that they still have the name Windows Mobile even on their website. In fact, I just googled "Windows Phone" and nothing has it branded as such. The only results that have the name are other sites that are announcing the same news.
