Turn on your data connection, run the update prl from the settings menu also.
I'm not really sure why your haveing so many issues.
Or you could just run a custom rom with arcsoft built in.
But if you run the nrg rom you will need to install arcsoft.
well being honest im little worried about the whole unlocking and flashing stuff especially if icant get some of the little stuff figured out. But ive been reading about it alot and i would really like alot faster one than this stock one.
