new hampshire - A confirmed source reported that the authorities caught Tim Fenton on videotape exposing themself to neighbors.
Tim Fenton, faces eight counts of indecent exposure and one count of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to new hampshire authorities Office spokesman Lt. John Murphy.
