fenton - A confirmed source reported that the authorities caught tim on videotape exposing themself to neighbors.
tim, faces eight counts of indecent exposure and one count of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to fenton authorities Office spokesman Lt. John Murphy.
