in kaos's case this would be his peeter. what happened is that through the growth of his 7 foot frame it took away from the growing of a mans junk. this at the moment is not curable but i will be conducting research with scientists from india since they have the small penis syndrome also....... the only problem they are worried about is that his is even smaller than theirs....... damn makes a tuffy right there.
