naw its just the build, when this was made many things werent fixed or ported over quite yet and that includes drivers..... you may want to take a look at a more up to date one so you dont experience the bugs that are now gone... i would recommend gokus gss rom, nfsfan rom, or the nrgz rom which is what im running atm
