1. from a fresh rom flash, imedieatly unplug your phone from the computer, pull out the battery and let it sit for a few seconds.
2. reinstall the battery. turn the phone on and let it run thru the customization setup and it will restart.
3. after restart run a clear storage from the settings menu and let phone restart and run the customization.
OR
in step number 2 without turning on the phone, hold down the down volume key and, while still holding the key, hold down the center button, then press the power button, when prompted press the up volume key the proceed to step 3.
