try a reflash and did you hard reset and take the battery out after you flashed the first time? are you sure you used the unlocker? have you tried to relock go back to stock from htc websaite than unlock and reflash?
I couldn't do the hard reset cuz the phone kept resetting its self. The unlocker might be the problem cuz I cant use the unlocker in your sig. It says I don't have permission to view the link. So I found one on another site. Don't know what happened it use to work cuz I flash once before using the instructions in your sig.
