Ok. I finally figured it out. I had the same problem with the file you just posted. So I decided to use winrar to open the file again. Then I got the executable. Apparently it was zipped twice. Guess I had to walk away and pull out some hair for a while lol. Thanks for your help guys!
glad it worked for you...the one i had saved was good then tried the one posted and was having the same promblem....lol
