yes it is, the anterior cruciate ligament is torn. There's a university a couple hrs away that's renowned for it's veterinary program and they often do surgeries for like, half price so we're gonna look into that. But if that doesn't work out then it's down to giving him to someone who can pay for it and wants him or putting him down :(
that sounds expensive.........but i can see how it will come down to money and the suffering if it's not fixed. i could care less about adult humans in pain, but animals don't have much of a choice.
