i would really get that checked out, i got a small one on my wrist and it hurt but it went away, that is large, at the very least a doctor could put a needle in and aspirate it to see what it contains but you dont want to mess around with that like goku said............
yeah im gonna see a doctor tomorrow since i found out i'll have the day off from work. I read that some go away as in your case, but this thing has been there for close to 2 months.
