Thank you for your reply.

Your line 614******** is eligible for the handset upgrade at the online
price. The account will be charged $449.99 for the HTC Touch Pro 2.

After purchasing the handset, you would be required to fill the mail in
rebate form. Once the mail in rebate is approved, a check of $100.00
will be delivered.

You are also required to reply with the scanned copy of the purchase
receipt to have the promised credit of $50.00 credit.

Therefore, the HTC Touch Pro 2 handset will cost you $299.99 ($349.99
after mail in rebate - $50.00 promised credit = $299.99).

We value your business and appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
Please reply to this email or visit Sprint.com/mysprint if we can be of
further assistance.

Sincerely,

Sounds great Bro. I might have to dip into those waters, but not just yet. I do have a contact with a specific Sprint retention person who has always helped me in the past by getting around many different obstacles, so that's probably the avenue I need to go 1st. I know just need to decide if I want to upgrade. Decisions, decisions.
