For Business accounts it's automatic, but from the feedback I see is if you don't give up and remain persistent. you will find someone offering it to you eventually. Maybe not on the 1st call, or 2nd, etc, but hang in there and you will most likely get it.
i tried 2hrs now. I wanna blow sprint up......5th touch pro....& the defects keep coming....
