sounds to me like you are missing your radio.... in the lower right hand corner there will be red writing what does it say next to the R? does it say no radio anywhere when trying to boot?
The Red writing doesnt show up. I tried putting a diffrent rom using my sd card but it didnt work. It just keeps turning on and off
