You can block an incoming call and then have an application open or send a text message out. That's just a couple of the things. You can use it for Google Voice(good if you do this on all calls/I do this for my daughters phone, so her real number is never given out). When you call out, it can call your Google Voice number, put in your password and then dial the number you wanted to call. It has many capabilities. It is a must program for myself as stated above.
