Damn, I hope that I don't end up with an extra charge. I got them to send me a new phone by telling them that I was only recieving about half of my calls and the other half would just go right to voicemail.....which was true for the past 4 months or so. But now I just relocked and called in 10 times and all of them went through......that never happend before, no matter what rom or radio. So IDK if it is because it is relocked or because of a fresh hard reset or what, but i know that they can charge you if the glitch can't be repeated.
just boot into bootloader and tell me what it says in the upper right all lines.... and for the other they dont test the phones and stuff like that can depend on area as well.
