I've already had it replaced twice but was having major problems with the sound. After they saw I wasn't lying they offered me the TP2, Blackberry Curve, the Rant and something else. No charge and new contract. They didn't have the TP2 in stock 2day but will have it in the store 4 me 2morrow. I live in Queens, NY and was in BK 4 training and just happened to go to the store 2 see if they could help me. They did in a major way. I'm picking up my TP2. Yay Me
