i did all that. i reformatted to fat32 and i rename it to TITAIMG.nbh and the sd card is 512mb. its still on the gray loading screen with "loading..." for 30mins now.
try to reformat again..... they can take a couple of formats to be successful... nd make sure that it is the only thing on the card and nothing else on heir period.
