hahahah i also knew that this was going to come.... and the key words that they drop in here and during the speach is MOST of the data will be able to be restored to the devices. ...this means that some will not get it thus the lawsuite in some sort still happening.... they are going to definately feel the heat in one way or another for this server going down without having a backup present.... seriously no backup? what were you thinking t-mobile?
