didnt work bro. i hard reset, install netframework 3.5, soft reset, install clean up cab, said same thing...."cant not be install, try installing in different location".... hopefully unlocker drops soon.....
have you tried downlaoding from ppcgeeks to see if they have answer version that will work for you or something?
