Ok i just got off the phone with the retention dept and they give me the run arounf bout how they are to give me the three phones that i dont want and they did say you have to go to the store and the tech has to approve the replacement and The Tp2 is not an option, so what can i say to get the TP2 an options cause i dont want any of the three phones they offered.
Tell them they should be exchanging it for something of similar value and similar looks, and that u need a phone with a keyboard blah blah blah . Also tell them that u paid 600 for that phone and the tp2 is the only phone that is eqaual value to the touch pro
