ok so check this... so my first phone bad keyboard they sent me a new phone... in like 7 months... 2nd phone... gps chip went bad... 3rd phone was a referb phone so :-( so hell i'm a electronic tech so i took apart the 3rd phone... did a few things.. now key board dont work again :-) lol so i called customer care they said well you have to go to the store and then we will send them a TP2 to the store... so i went to the store they held my tp1 for a hour and said they gonna order me a tp1?? umm NO cs on the phone said tp2... 5 min later... ok sir... we are ordering your phone.. will be here 1-2 days :-) tp2 here it comes!!!
