I been searching some but havent found a good answer, What is everyone using to backup there settings and any programs you have added when flashing roms? Contacts and calender is no problem but it gets old going through changing all the settings and adding the programs you want in each time.
just use uc or sashimi...... i just do it all manually cause i can get it done fast and make small changes as i go than too..... you cant make a direct backup of the apps and such like that because the registry from rom to rom can be different and if you convert back to that you will have problems sicne partially converting back to a different rom.... but def check out sashimi and uc both can be found here or at their home at XDA
