I been searching some but havent found a good answer, What is everyone using to backup there settings and any programs you have added when flashing roms? Contacts and calender is no problem but it gets old going through changing all the settings and adding the programs you want in each time.
Um the only backup that does that. is Sprite Backup but if backup your phone like that. You only can restore to that rom. If you do those setting on another rom will mess up your phone.
