no you will not need that and vista doesnt matter.... and it cant be a 4gb has to be 2gb or less as stated..... and yess you need th titan ruu and than you drag the nbh into there connect so your phone says usb while in bootloader than flash your rom by running the romupdateutility.exe and your good to go
