i guess that goldish red copper doesnt look too bad on this device but eeak that battery life kills me... i wonder how heavy of use it was under to dip below the 9 hour mark and if he fully charged the first time before using at all which will effect the battery life readings of the phone and show as dead even though theres a lot of juice left.
