In order to enter your city for Titanium Weather to work, you must
download the attachment at the end of this post. Search for your
city in there, and enter it as: NAM|COUNTRY|PROVINCE/STATE|CITY.

If I am supposed to copy that file somewhere please share where to? I put it in the program files\titanium weather directory but nothing changed.
For the fun of it I downloaded Titanium Weather 4.2 and still getting the same results. When I put in my location information it says its going to update but comes back with blanks for all the information and says "Updated 8:48pm" though. :(

not sure if i can help you on this one here, maybe someone else can pick up the support for you, when i was running this rom i never used the titanium i used touchflo..or go to xda
