In order to enter your city for Titanium Weather to work, you must
download the attachment at the end of this post. Search for your
city in there, and enter it as: NAM|COUNTRY|PROVINCE/STATE|CITY.

If I am supposed to copy that file somewhere please share where to? I put it in the program files\titanium weather directory but nothing changed.
For the fun of it I downloaded Titanium Weather 4.2 and still getting the same results. When I put in my location information it says its going to update but comes back with blanks for all the information and says "Updated 8:48pm" though. :(

I figured it out. I guess the "TitaniumWeather.mscr" is no longer valid. If you download this file from this link and copy it to your program files\titanium weather directory everything works after that.
