Earlier this month, Ice Universe posted that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim will have an Ultra camera, but didn’t offer more specifics. Now another leakster, Sanju Choudhary, claims to know the exact sensors that will be used in the mid-season upgrade (the Slim is expected to take the place of the S25 FE).The main camera will have a 200MP sensor, a new ISOCELL HP5, which some reports claim will measure 1/1.56” according to the leakster, though older reports claimed it would be 1/1.3” (the same size as the HP2 inside the S24 Ultra).
