Steps to get PPC 6800 on metropcs

Ok hey guys I just want to know what all I have to do. I don't want to program the phone myself I just want to go instore and let the person do this for me. So what I already did to my phone was upgrade the bootloader and I installed a custom rom.

Is there anything else I need to do?

Oh and one more question everytime I turn my phone off and turn it back on it stays in the in the bootloader screen, the only way I can get out of this is if i plug the phone in the charger or pc while its off and then power it on. Is this normal???

you would use the exit bootloader app or just soft reset to get off and if that happens all the time than no thats not normal since bootloader is only for flashing roms, radios, etc.. and please use the search feature there asre many threads already listed sith how to get this done.... it really isnt hard people its just like googles type in keywords and it will search all the forums here at Wckediden or even through google.
