Left side of touch screen not working

So I've had my PPC 6800 for about a month now and I have really enjoyed it, especially after putting a bunch of mods on it from the site. But earlier today the right side of the touch screen and the side buttons stopped working. I was wondering if anyone might know why its doing this and how I might be able to fix it! Any help is very much appreciated! Thanks ahead of time.

er the part of your touch screen went bad or its because of installing and uninstalling too much. try a hard reset and if that doesnt clear it up bring it into the sprint store and get it fixed or if they cant fix it they will give you a new one.

yeah I already did a hard reset...and that didn't help any. It is an Altell phone and I bought it on Ebay so I doubt that they will do anything, but I'll try! Thanks Dash!

as long as you hasve insurance on the beat you will be fine just dont tell them that you got it there and they cant say shit :brows:

He's exactly right... I have Alltel too, and if you don't have insurance, then you're screwed.. They even said that if I lose the phone or it gets stolen, all I have to do is pay a deductable of $95.00 to get a new one... Love that..
