Low custom ring volume

Its seems like my mp3 and wav files that I set as ringtones are very low volume. They are very crisp, clear, and loud on my pc but when they play them on the phone they are very low and sometimes quieter than the vibration. Any way to fix this?

as discussed before try using a ringtone app or something or search google for sellsea free ringtone maker and i use that and te ringtones are loud and crisp.

Thanks bro, I figured there was an app but had no idea what it would be called or what to search for to find it.

Also if you have windows xp, sound recorder under Start/Programs/Accesories/ Sound Recorder. That app will let you increase volume!
